Ce n’est pas tous les jours que je suis ambassadrice d’un outil que j’utilise depuis 6 ans : Shine.

☀️ Accueil des enfants au bureau lors de la canicule
L’équipe RH de Back Market, emmenée par Axelle Caharel, a partagé son mode d’emploi pour accueillir les enfants de leurs salariés au bureau. Cette initiative s’avère intéressante alors que beaucoup de parents se sont retrouvés à garder leurs enfants à la maison ou à recourir au système D, en pleine canicule, la dernière semaine de juin.
Afin de permettre au plus grand nombre de s’en inspirer, l’équipe partage la façon de procéder, la préparation nécessaire et des liens utiles pour encadrer les enfants.
Lorsque les écoles ont fermé par plus de 40°C, nous avons une nouvelle fois ouvert nos bureaux climatisés aux enfants de nos équipes, à Paris comme à Bordeaux.
